But, of course, an inclusive culture in which there is mutual respect for individuals and diversity is seen as a strength and cannot be taken for granted. In 2006 a Diversity and Inclusion Council was established to drive these principles, and over the coming year further steps will be taken including focus groups, training and a quarterly newsletter focusing specifically on diversity and equality issues. We also aim to be a partner in the Government's 'Diverse Britain Campaign 2007'.
