Reward & Recognition

We strongly believe that recognising excellent performance shows our appreciation to individuals, builds a sense of loyalty and goes a long way to achieving company objectives.

Our business success depends on our people sharing ideas, being creative and innovating. This is why we shout about these successes, and recognise individuals at all levels on a regular basis when they go above and beyond the call of duty to support the business and our clients.

Each month, managers can nominate employees for the 'Employee of the Month' award, which recognises outstanding contributions and achievements. Successful employees are recognised in our staff magazine 'Stars', receive vouchers and have the chance of winning National Employee of the Year.

We also hold a National Star Awards event which recognises the talents, dedication and loyalty of people who, as individuals and team members, have continued to build the prosperity and performance of Sodexo.
