I'm Mike Davies, an account manager for Sodexho at Pfizer. We look after scientific logistics - supporting 4,000 on-site personnel - ranging from scientists through to lab technicians and office based staff. We look after, well scientific logistics is the title, but underneath that is mail room management, laundry management, glass wash management, logistical management, stores, satellite and sub stores, liquid nitrogen, gas and chemical management.

The contract has gone from a £700k contract to a $77m global contract in the space of three and a half years. I would tell a best friend that if you are ready for a challenge in an environment which is constantly changing and growing then Sodexho is the place to be. If you haven't got the passion for that kind of work then don't do it. My career at the moment could go anywhere in Sodexho. It's very clear that facilities management is a very huge and growing base within Sodexho.
