Caroline received the award for Contract Caterer of the Year at this year's Cost Sector Catering Awards which were held at the Hilton Metropole in London in April.
Caroline said: "I was surprised and thrilled to hear my name called out as the winner. It is a great honour to receive this award in front of so many people from the industry. I've always said Directors Table is a combined effort, with hundreds of fab people working at every level to produce the very highest standards - this award is proof that their dedication to being the best is now widely recognised."
Caroline joined Sodexho, the UK's leading catering and support services provider in 2004 in a global account sales role.
Since Caroline took the role of managing director, Directors Table has grown from strength to strength winning in excess of £5.6 million of new business and now has a client retention rate of 96% in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
