In a contract worth over £250,000 per annum, Sodexho will be providing maintenance services for buildings including, Shrewsbury Castle & The Shropshire Regimental Museum; the Music hall, a grade two star listed building; the Abbey Foregate Refectory pall pit, grade two listed, and the old market hall, grade one listed scheduled ancient monument, as well as over 200 public buildings including leisure centres, museums, and council offices.
Sodexho employs a variety of appropriately skilled and qualified operatives local to the area, backed up by larger teams operating in the West Midlands. Vehicles operating satellite tracking technology are also used to help manage job allocation, scheduling and emergency response.
