Solution repair services
With on-site expert resource and parts cache, problems are identified promptly, achieving more than 85% of repairs within four hours.

Preventative maintenance services
Sodexo will carry out a pre-defined checklist of services which include: expert cleaning, lubricating and adjusting, designed to maximise system use and extend instrument life. Services are based on customers' own standard operating procedures or manufacturers' recommendations. In addition, source cleaning and calibration procedures can be carried out on most laboratory instruments.

Laboratory services
De-commissioning and re-commissioning of all laboratory instruments can be requested. Our years of experience with site preparation are complemented by a robust asset tracking system.
