The food services that Sodexo provides for the independent schools sector are designed to meet the rising expectations from pupils and parents with regard to high standards and quality ingredients.
We provide food services for pupils ranging from age three to 18 in independent schools, so our ability to tailor menus is paramount.
Our feedlife food service offer is based on an increasing database of some 1,600 tried and tested, chef-developed recipes created and adapted especially for the independent schools sector.
We treat the pupils as customers and many of them have strong views on the freshness of food, seasonality, greater choice and better communication. Feedlife is designed to meet the demands, while meeting and exceeding the Government's nutritional guidelines and food standards where required by our clients.
Informed lifestyle decisions
Using strong imagery to promote youth, activity and nutrition, feedlife is more than just a food service offer - it educates pupils about healthy eating, makes them feel involved and gives them the tools to make informed and positive lifestyle decisions.
We appreciate that providing food services for an age range as wide as three to 18 years is not simple, which is why we have developed a service, specifically geared towards our older customers.
Café 6 is for independent schools with sixth forms. It is based on similar principles to feedlife but is driven by sixth form students demanding a different choice of dishes and style of eating environment.
