We work with local authorities to provide a delivered meals service, 365 days a year, to customers in the comfort of their own home.


Sodexo provide delivered meals services

Sodexo has devised a wide choice of dishes and multiple choice menus incorporating cultural and dietary specific meals, which are delivered directly to residents.

We provide local authorities with the support they need to help older and vulnerable residents remain comfortable in their own homes.

Our delivered meals service has been operating for over 12 years, during which time we have developed excellent relationships both with local authorities and customers.

Care in the community
As part of the service, we also provide a 'safe and well' check, where over 350 delivery drivers make it part of their duty to check on the wellbeing of customers, many of whom are vulnerable adults unable to prepare their own meals.

Thanks to our custom-built delivery vehicles, we also do our bit for the environment by using Smart cars designed to prevent pollution and save energy.

Our drivers are often the only people residents will see during the day, so a friendly and helpful nature is critical to providing a quality service that meets the needs of both authorities and our delivered meals customers.
